[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1. Much better than yesterday already. Was feeling a bit lonely when I woke up, but now I'm fine. Motivated to go on and do good stuff, even though I didn't sleep much this night.

This is so frustrating as of late. I have no idea what is going on. I slipped again this evening.

 

I just made day 10. Today was a difficult day but I got walking, got out of the house and went for a walk, 48 minutes walk, and then played my Dizi for an hour, and the strong feelings of desire went back to the origin from where they came. I didnt hold onto them. The struggle was here and Im still king of the castle....lol
