Just relapsed but I'm feeling more confident to complete this challenge. I allowed compromise which is a mistake i will not make again. Hard mode on. Day 0.

Dear Brothers,
Made day 12...today the prominent emotion was restlessness. What worked for me was keeping the thought that I could relapse tomorrow, not today. I gave myself permission to wait, one more day, and it worked...lol. Tommorrow, I may do the same bargaining for one more day....

Day 3 completed. Some urges today but I beat them by going out for a run, having a cold shower and opening all the windows and the front door.
