Abstain from social media ie twitter, fb, and other sites which may be a trigger to you. As much as possible stop thinking of P and keep yourself occupied with other things. If you fail keep trying again and again wishing you the best of luck.

Day 1 , it was a little harder than I expected to be , but still i didn-t quit .
Day 5 I think. Can't even remember if I logged yesterday, so maybe even day 6 ??
2/14, everything is going well for me at this point. I am working out 4 times per week, each session early in the morning. After that I take a nap and start working on school, after which I am tired and start to relax with a good game or a good book. I don't even have the energy to think about PMO, which is good. I feel confident about finishing this challenge.

A cute barista gave me a free coffee today. That was nice. I’m finding that socializing is my favorite way to pass time and not think about the struggle. I really enjoy meeting new people. I did it when I was fapping, but now it comes so much more easily.
I’m tired and heading to bed. Just got to Copenhagen. Planning on exploring tomorrow.
The urge comes, mental images also. But still survived. But i haven't tried tried one. I can manage without it.. maybe when the time comes, i will use that trick
