Day 2/14 (didn't have time to post yesterday)
I just relapsed in the course of trying to accomplish the 30 day challenge. I will not give up, but I will choose a more manageable goal and hopefully it will help me get a solid foundation.
I will try the 14 day challenge starting now.
Day 4/14. Keep yourself busy with things that matter, it's the way to go

Back to square one. Day zero. Alcohol triggers me badly. I need to stop drinking as well. It's ruining everything I care for, including myself.
I realized something tonight. When I'm angry I get aroused. It was funny. It turns out anger comes usually out of frustration. Which I usually cure with faping. This brain of ours! Outstanding how it works...
1/14 long way to go .. No rest until then
Slipped yesterday so had to restart. Today was 1/14.
Day 6/14 feeling great today, no urges and a pretty busy day...
we need to understand our brain to get our goal going!
