after letting my addiction rule in the last months i recognzide i won't make it without some support, day 0, let's go!

Just finished the 7 day challenge. Going for 14 more. It’s the small steps that take you up the mountain. One breath one step. Each day we make it past our little monster is one more step to the cliff we get to through him off of.

Just checking in for the day. Thinking clearer now. Had urges. Resisted them. Washed my car, did some yard work. Physical labor seems to help with the urges. I think it gives that energy somewhere to go. Just my opinion, though. onward.

Yeah, but it's not the unique moment of the day I've felt urges lol. Anyway I didn't relapse and kept strong instead. As you said, it's a victory!
