[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 8 of 14 complete!

 

Day 6/14!
Slight hesitation to urge surf today but beat it! Flashbacks however are more vivid! Need to be careful here...Will read more on it and understand how to deal with it.
Had a decent meditation session today
Made my parents smile somehow, felt good about that.

Day 0/14

 

Day one. Been staying busy today, which is an incredible help when dealing with a "boredom" trigger. ​

 

Damn it, hit a wall in my project yesterday, got demotivated, edged and relapsed.
Day 1 for me again, I won't give up!!!!

 

Day 2/14.

 

12/14. Tomorrow's my day off, but I'm feeling aware and strong about it this time. I'm planning my day out to prevent any pitfalls.

I had a nightfall last night....is it normal??

And do I have to start over this challenge over now or not???

12/14: I'm so glad I got through the day without any incident.. no P-subbing either.. woke up with a massive hard-on today and also managed to keep my hands off.. gonna take all these small wins and keep myself motivated.. one day at a time..

 

14/14. Finally did it!

Stay strong everyone, the feeling worthes it.

 

I'm starting today!! Will update everyday.
I have gone up to a max of 10 days.
