Shifting to a different city tonight... Stress & anxiety really hit me hard today but was away from screen so managed to fend off urges for now.....Need to find a way to control my emotions, find healthier way to process them.
CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME?

Day 10 of 14 complete!
Day 1/14. Had some stress today but used healthy coping mechanisms. Cheers everyone!
Day 14/14 here! There were about 4 days that were genuinely tough, but whenever I found myself drifting, I'd remind myself of my goals and how miserable giving in makes me feel and I'd climb out of it. I intend to make it all the way through the month, and hope to keep going further.
Back on the forum... I haven't felt great these days and i left my fantasies fly over myself so i did PMO almost every day for 2 weeks. I feel a bit disappointed but tomorrow it's gonna be great. If u want more information check my journal (not an attempt of publicity lol). 0/14
Had a small relapse yesterday, but forgot to post. Day 1/14.

Day three done!
Day 1, recently crashed from day 7 so I'm going at it again.

Feeling much better than day 2, I am waking up better and less bored.
