Day 1

 

Day 0/14.

I'm a week in, and this challenge is 2 weeks long. I beat this challenge, I'd be 3 weeks in. One more week after that, it's a month. Freedom is close. I'll fight for it.

Right now, I need to focus on being proactive. I spend a lot of time on my phone and watching YouTube, especially when I know it's killing me. I never gain satisfaction from just one video, it's become my life over this year. It's not just about YouTube, it's anything that's not proactive.

I have to go to my university dorm in two days, I need to finish packing and get ready for my on campus job interview. I've always wanted more experience and money to learn how to handle it and become humble with it. If I relapse I guarantee I'll lose all my chances. I'm in quite a financial struggle paying for residence and school. I can free myself. I can do it. I always failed to prepare, preparing for my failure.

Now, I'll prepare always. Lock on. It gets even harder from here. I've always wanted to quit, here is my chance.

Day 1! Going for 2 weeks. Keep pushing

 

Day one of 14. So many "Day One's" over the past year. I'm growing disgusted with my weakness.

My 1st day of challenge, feels quite challenging but I have decided to go anyway to complete 14 days nofap challenge.

 

Day 4 of 14. No problems, feeling good.

 

Day 8 complete

 

Take it one day at a time bud youll get there. Also dont focus on abstaining from pmo cause then your still giving pmo attention. Focus on your surroundings and the tasks presented to you through out the dat.

 

The moment you feel thise hit
Hop into a cold shower or do push ups till you cant anymore, the sooner you divert from those temptations the better
The longer you wait for them to pass the greater the risk, trust me on that
