The important part is to show yourself some compassion, it can happen that you relapse. Be kind to yourself, and just try again. If you keep the intention to not PMO, you will succeed eventually.

Almost there. Today is a good day so far for me and keeping my mind on God and work so i am doing good.

I am still in the throes of grading papers and tired physically and emotionally.
