day 12 I like competitive sports, it usually shakes me a lot, but since I quit PM, I can perform better and not tire so fast, so the sport can not go hand in hand with PM, so it's a good technique to distrerce and focus the mind on something healthy and why not have fun

I forgot to post yesterday, so I am now diving into Day 4! It feels easier when I am (relatively) less stressed, but also reflecting on the beauty of my fiancee and how she holds a dear place in my heart substantially helps me in staying strong.
