[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I don't knew How u call this challenge ? ... Where is the individuals challenge ? Where is it i don't see it ? We must challenge each other and make this like a competition ,other wise What is the point of coming in here to write your score and exit ? We are all together in the same shit ... And like i don't knew who said " if u wanna go fast go alone ... If u wanna go far go together" .

I feel more calm and grounded and i am learning to breathe when any intrusive thought or image comes in my mind. This is not easy but i can manage it 24 hours at a time
