What does it mean to flatline. I keep seeing it in chat forums.
Day 1/14 again
This week was tough, It was like my mind planned a coup to fight against my rise to set free from porn addiction.
I relapsed 3 times in 4 days, with PMO sessions of about 4 hours each, always after midnight. I felt so weak and insecure like I wasn't for months.
Yesterday I jumped to bed because of a extreme need to rest.
Today is the same, i returned from the work travel and i'm prepared to sleep, my wife is already sleeping by my side.
I'm so worried about my health and my job, these work days without energy were terrible. I'm Very thankful for the support of you all, gratitude and self confidence can change this game.
Day 0,I start afresh tomorrow

I know how you feel.. gettting the streak going after a binge can be really tough...
Have you tried getting rid of your devices before going to bed. Maybe locking it up somewhere and giving the key to someone. Its not a cure but anything to help the situation right?
