    Day 3. Some strong urges yesterday, but I didn't give in. Not drinking has helped me immensely, which I needed to do regardless of the MO. :D

    Got through the challenge although yesterday was tough. This cocktail waitress at the casino had the biggest rack I’ve ever seen. They were legitimately basketball sized which didn’t make it easy to avoid porn but made it through and am looking to restart the challenge.

    I’m in no way shape or form an expert so take my advice with a grain of salt but deleting triggers like social media off my phone and meditating through headspace has really helped.
