I made it.
Day zero after a 6 day streak. Slowly getting better, but the after affects of alcohol got to me and I was weak.
1/14: checking in
Day 11/14. Working again on "bouncing the eyes" after reading about ogling yesterday. Want to crush this habit.
All the way to 90 and 365...
Day 1 completed. Let's take preparation for day 2.

After completing 90 days challenge (no porn and masturbation) today I start 14 days challenge without watching news and sport news, like: livescore.com
Some years ago I was addicted to gambling and sport bets. Despite being free from gambling, never really rewired my brain from watching sport results which cause a lot of tensions in me due to gambling past.
1 day of 14 now.
Day 12/14. "Bouncing the eyes" isn't easy and I've fallen short a couple of times in the last 24 hours, but I'm still keeping on working on practising it.
2/14: Getting back on track slowly.
Day 1: questionable searches yesterday. Using all the tools at my disposal to avoid going down the rabbit hole.
Had to restart, but Day 1 is done. Onto Day 2 today.
