    Porn is 'supranormal stimulus' which means human brain is not supposed to be exposed to this in the first place but the capitalistic evil porn industry is making these readily available and free! So internet porn induced flooding of dopamine is nowhere near normal. A non Pmoer don't need that feeling of 'high' to enjoy day to day life.     I am reading SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION. It's giving me unique insights which are very empowering. I am not watching porn since I have started reading this book. Pmo is a crutch we tend to lean on during day to day stress but in reality it's the pmo that creates stress and diminishes our ability to deal with stress. I am taking decision not to use any crutch and to stand by myself because I actually don't need one. I am brainwashed, hooked, trapped and tricked by porn industry, society and my addicted brain to think otherwise.
