Finished the 3 day challenge, and finished the 7 day. Now to start the 14 day challenge!

I had only a few hours of sleep last night, and today my brain almost tricked me into relapsing. But the goal is to end PMO forever, so I was able to resist urges. I found that when you don't get enough sleep, your willpower decreases and your brain can trick you into doing PMO, so to get some easy pleasure. But you will benefit in the long-term by resisting those urges and keeping your word.
Get enough sleep guys and stay strong!

This wasn't my first try, but the challenge is finally completed. I'm already experiencing many benefits. Moving on to the 21 day challenge. Good luck, everyone! Just make sure to keep trying again every time you fail and you will nail every challenge.
