After I finished the 7 day challenge I relapsed completely. I have been “clean” for 2 days now.

staying pmo free hasn’t been this hard before. Not a moment goes by where I don’t think of masturbating or watching porn. I know that this feeling will pass and that things get better and easier as time goes on, but wow.
