  6. Day 8/14. Reason for quitting - I feel PMO is just turning me into an escape artist. Whenever things are not going good, PMO and instantly I feel good. Actual problem stays as such and it's a cycle then. Also p**n induced ED and inability to control my own will. I got up and went for a run today. Urge to getup in the middle of the night and PMO has reduced greatly. Morning PMO, I am escaping by stepping out of the house after getting up.

    Yeah, get the hell out of the house as fast as possible. Generally, I've never been a morning PMO kinda guy. I think because I always wait until the last possible minute to get up and start getting ready for work that I just don't have time to think about it. That saves my ass. It's usually at night before bed when my mind starts wandering.

    Good day today. Fought of some urges. Especially when I applied the vitamin E cream to my dick. I heard it really helps to heal and to regain sensitivity... I'm starting to believe that theory. Has anyone tried this?

  11. Day 11/14.

    Started the day with a small temptation which could easily have ended badly, but thankfully had another person in the room, a schedule to keep which involved other people, and lots to do! So, I was easily able to move on. Then, went on to have a great day. Woohoo!

    All good. You know what's going on :)

    Having severe urges right now..been over a week since ast PMO....
    what a crock of shit this is. It's a test of grit and resolve. Ask me later if I got through it. I'm determined to push through.

    I finished day 4/14 and now I’m almost done with day 5/14. It hasn’t been too bad because my girlfriend is here, and it holds me accountable.

    Yeah, I like the Rush reference. Definitely had to exercise my "Freewill" and take my cock out of the "Limelight". It was DIFFICULT today but I survived so far. Looking towards day 9 tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement! Keep doing what you're doing. What challenge are you doing next?

  19. Yes you are right. Evening times the willpower is lowest. I am practicing a routine for bedtime. Turn off all screens by 9:30-10 pm. Mobile auto power off and take a shower before bed. This helps me in any 'lingering' increasing chances of PMO. Also now all work from home . So home is office as well.

    Day 9/14. Same routine-going out immediately after getting up. Water few plants. Did my core exercises as well. Feeling a bit tired today, as I could not get much sleep yesterday.
