I had a bad day yesterday. I was feeling weak and sad and had an urge to use PM. Somehow I got through it. Today I'm feeling better but I dont want to take any chances. I will try to be active and live healthy.
I have such a fast food hangover! Can you believe that shit? Today I will try to eat healthy and alse take care of my eyes. I woke up and they were so dry. When I focus on small things like this, it helps to step farther from PM

completed 7 day challenge can i join from day 7?
The instructions say that "You must start on day 0 and you should post preferably every day in this thread until you reach 2 weeks."
But the whole point of this forum is to do what we want, to go about as we feel it will benefit us. So I'd say start from 0 or 7, the main thing is that you stay true to yourself and honor your commitment (or adjust it if it is too simple or too difficult)
