In for 14 days. Today is day 0, my only aim is to give myself the 90 day NoFap streak birthday present!

 

Day 3 of 14. Yesterday I made a mistake and took my phone to bed. Luckily I did not relapse, but I forgot how dangerous that is and that having my phone in bed was one of my relapsing pattern. Keep your eyes open and don't go back to old habits. We are all recovering from an addiction.

 

Day 4 had a wet dream in the morning right as I woke up

 

Day ZERO. Again. No biggie,

Interesting events last night and I had sex with my wife. No regrets, but I'll be resetting my 14 day counter as it is intended for hard mode.

Sex was 100% not expected but a very warm welcome to my weekend.
