PREFACE: Ive devised a plan I think could be really efficient.
I do this because repeatedly fighting off urges is admirable but for me, ultimately futile, often being alone in the house with not much social interaction.
THE PLAN:
Starting from day 0. Abstain from PMO totally until day 14. Then, allow yourself to MO without any porn. 14 days is a great gap to really occupy your time well e.g. gym, study and allow for some testosterone cycles. Also a good gap of not satiating your dopamine levels.
Repeat this tactic every 14 days for perhaps a few months, your total amount of times fapped will be low and you'll find yourself getting weaned off P and maybe MO to the point where you may not even be interested in it anymore, the goal is to only engage in MO once every 14 days without any P and over time stop MO altogether.
THIS PLAN WILL WORK BEST IF YOU TOTALLY ABSTAIN FROM P OF ANY KIND, SOFT OF HARD.
How it works:
Your brain will learn to associate MO without P as a good thing, tying the dopamine release to MO alone as opposed to P which is much more harmful. Rewiring your brain to completely take P out of the equation will help balance dopamine levels.
Benefits:
I theorise that this plan will result in:
1) Broken P addiction
2) Balanced dopamine levels (lower baseline)
3) rewired brain
4) boosted testosterone leading to clear mind, focus and drive.
5) eventual disinterest in PMO, especially P.
