14 days complete

Today I completed 14 days and i want to share the experience.

first 7 days i had too much urges, I was at point where i could not control anymore and I used put lot of effort to control myself but i kept going. slowly the urges slowed down and now I don't feel any urges. But sometimes I do get those but i can so easily divert my mind from it.
It is not so hard now. I know its too early to make any statements but it seems refreshing, I am not having any benefits yet. planning to make it big without making any mistake to see the advantages. I am waiting for things like flatline which people talk about
