    Hello everyone.I'm a 14 years old boy who addicted to porn video. Actually I have a crush on a girl, she fascinating. Unfortunately,we are not very close. I always watch the porn videos and imagine have sex with her. But after I watch that,I feel self-abased. I don’t want to watch that anymore but I can’t control myself.I want to change myself from now on but I don’t know how to start. Could everyone give me some suggestion(s) to fix this problem?thx a lot!(Poor English, please forgive me.)

    It's great that you are 14 and already realising that porn is a problem.
    What you should do is understanding the negative effects of porn. If you are at a zoo, would you jump into a tiger enclosure? No, because you would die. Do the same with porn. Would you want to feel bad after watching porn? No. Now the problem is your hornyness to watch porn. Simply, don't listen to the brain and remember about the negative effects. Stay strong and be porn free!

    Thanks Mr,HelperX! Could you offer some article about the fault of masturbation with simple English? I always find the articles about that in the internet but it is difficult to understand the words.
