144 days no pmo, 70 days hard mode

    well, I’m at 144 days no pmo and 70 days hard mode.
    The NoFap lifestyle is changing my life; I’m at the gym 5 days a week, less social anxiety, and a lot more energy to pursue my goals!
    I’ll share more details later, but it was time I actually posted something ! To everybody out there that is struggling, keep up the good fight, it is worth it !

    Nice bro, I'm on day 42 and it's my longest streak. I agree with everything you said. For everyone that's on nofap, stay strong, because you'll feel great and it gets easier with time.
