    Hello everyone this is Ruso.

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, I visited forums to customize my windows desktop, with the forum visits came hours of browsing and this ultimately led to a tenacity to discover all the different kind of pornography and the use of masturbation as a stress reliever.

Around 2012, I started reading about the side-effects that porn watching does to one's psyche. I tried to stop, running a 30 day challenges of no fapping successfully. The release of new websites, and false confidence that I could control my porn watching habit, led to 2013 being a year of fapping on and off.
Throught this time I had a girlfriend and I could attribute porn to one of the reasons why the relationship ended prematurely.

Fast forward to today, and porn just seems boring now. Perhaps this can be attributed to washed up porn stars being the majority, extremely looking plastic porn stars, resources on the internet that showed me the reality of porn, or is it just me, but does it seem like very few porn stars are having any fun and men in porn are becoming more physically harmful? In any case, each of these reasons or their combination has led me to cut even more drastically my porn watching.

Something interesting has happened however, I have no real wanting to watch porn anymore, yet when I am on my weakest such as facing a problem or pushing myself to not procrastinate, porn seems to still provide a brief moment of serenity. I call this phenomenon "guilt-fapping" All guilt-fapping does is knock me out after porn. I take a nap or flat out go to sleep after watching porn. This last "relapse" so to speak, needs to stop. I suppose this is the remnant of past years of constant fapping?

Any who, this NoFap concept is fantastic and I applaud all of you who are trying to stop fapping! I plan to do a 15 day challenge to see how it goes. I want to polish my craft as a graphic designer and also want to learn coding for the web and mobile applications. I know that porn is only good for providing a time vacuum for any of these goals.

    Anyone else experience guilt-fapping?
