15 days nofap and day 1 no cigarettes

What's up every one today is day 15 nofap no porn and also my day1 no smoking cigarettes I smoked about 4-5 cigarettes a week but I will fight to quit like I'm doing with the nofap. Is it gonna be hard guys? I will start school in 3 weeks and I wanna be focused and motivated. Thank u
