Have just finished 120 days challenge - life without porn and masturbation.

Now step forward - another 30 days. Then, hopefully, another 30 days, etc.

    Today day 121.

Congratulations on 120 days! What would you say are some of the top things that have work really well for you during these 4 months? Feel any different after these days?

    Thanks :)

Some of the advantages I have observed after this 4 months:

    1) The biggest change is with fear. Some of the fears I had for years disapeared
    2) Also social anxiety is much less intensive
    3) More confidence
    4) Better relationship with my wife, less conflicts and better managing anger
    5) Much better relationship with my 3 year old daughter.
    6) Facing with more courage difficult taks instead of putting them off, hiding or escaping
    7) Have learnt more about how to deal with difficult emotions (frustrations, anger, fear, rejection) - in the past, I ended up with masturbation/porn when feeling like that.

    ---
I am sending information from my journal, what helps me on the way and what is the threat:

What fills me most are (life giving activities):
    1) walks in the nature (everywhere, especially at the sea or mountains if possible)
    2) reading a Bible
    3) reading other books
    4) praying
    5) watching one entertaining program with my wife
    6) swimming
    7) traveling
    8) sleeping 7-8 hours, but when going to bed around 10pm, as the deepest sleep is between 11pm-3am or 10pm-2am
    9) talking to a close (male) friend
    10) listening to music that calms me down
    11) gratitude
    12) heatlthy diet
    13) words of affirmation from my wife (out of 5 love languages, words are my love language).

On the opposite, what drains (or drained) my tank are (life draining):
    1) unresolved conflicts
    2) too many activities, tasks at work
    3) being unable to say "no"
    4) too much information (like news: political, sport)
    5) talking to two members of my family
    6) criticism (need to learn to accept it)
    7) not enought sleep
    8) masturbaion
    9) porn
    10) gambling (been free from it since a few years)
    11) alcohol, now I only drink a beer or two from time to time, no vodka, drinks, etc.
    12) spending time on Facebook.

As youtube used to be my biggest trigger, now I only use for listening music.
