That's interesting. It makes sense to me, although some other people argue it's all about genetics. I have also read about the androgen receptors upregulating after quitting PMO, which as far as I can understand, is as important as having high testosterone. I have been training consistently for a couple of years and whenever I try to increase my caloric intake I get fat. I am going to try that again and maybe it will be different, e.g. I will gain muscle instead, because I am on day 81 of nofap. Will see. Thanks for sharing.
