    Made it to 150 days of no PMO with no slip-ups. My symptoms have largely gone away, but not completely consistently. Steady progress is happening though, and I am 100% certain the process is working. I have absolutely no desire to go back to PMO and my real sex life with my wife is improving daily. Stay strong folks!

    That's amazing! Any mood improvement? Did you have any depression before nofap that just disappeared now? Any fetishes they are weaker now? Thanks :)

    I'd also kindly ask for more details - it is always important for everyone here to learn about the benefits experienced by the successful cases :)

    What were the symptoms and benefits you experienced?

    Fair enough. I was experiencing PIED (which contributed to performance anxiety-induced ED as well); inability to become aroused by a flesh-and-blood partner; penile desensitivity. All of these have largely gone away but the ED is kind of hit-and-miss. Works most of the time; but some days my erections are much harder and longer-lasting than others. It's a process. Thanks for asking!

    150 days! I't amazing, man.
    I have some question here;
    How long you have been married?
    Did your wife know about your PMO habbit?
    Do you already have kids?

    Good job mate. Did you ever have trouble getting erect with women when you were watching porn at all?

    I have only been married for 7 months, but this is my second marriage (first one 16 years) I have been with my current wife for about 8 years. She knew I looked at porn, but she did not know how frequently I was using. We each have 20 year old daughters.

    Yes, I had major problems. However, I did not know it was caused by porn. I first started having erection issues at about 57 years old (I am 61 now). I talked to my doctor and she said basically, 'you are old, your T is low, deal with it' and prescribed meds (which helped a little) I knew I was getting morning wood so I was not convinced it was a mechanical issue that meds would solve. I figured it was more of a performance anxiety issue and I was spending more time worrying about it instead of enjoying the moment. So, I approached it from a PA angle and tried hypnotherapy and other stuff with little success. It wasn't until I stumbled upon the book 'Your Brain on Porn' that my eyes were opened to the damage I was causing myself by PMO. I quit PMO immediately and over time the symptoms are going away, although recovery is not linear. It has ups and downs. Flatline is terrifying.

    Desensitivity was very frustrating and confusing. There were many times I had to actually look at my wife while she was going down on my to make sure it was really happening because I couldn't feel a thing. That has improved lot. I also use ManOil to help restore feeling.

    How long have you quit for? Im only 27 and that's what the scary part is! I keep thinking something is wrong with me and I have spent way too much time thinking why im not functioning properly. Im very happy ive come across this and people that have gone through the same thing. Im day 6 now, not to sure how long to wait until improvement. Morning wood happens all the time so I don't think its a medical issue!
    Thanks for your reply also.

    I'm on day 152. A lot depends on how long you have been PMOing. I had done it for 20 years so my recovery is taking longer. Lots of guys report recovery after only 30 or 60 days of no PMO. Stay strong and you will see results.
