    At start urges were high but I was pretty optimistic and good. But, now feeling depressed. Don't know whether it's flatline or what.
    Anyways, nofap is very great. All the benefits are real and I can feel those as everyone mentions them.
    It's worth it I bet you.

    Congratulations on your streak! Now stay strong. Look for acrivities that support your nofap journey like cold showering, sports, studying. Also, eat healthy. It is indeed worth it.
