16 y/o, new user

Hello, I am a 16 year old; unsure if I am addicted to pornography or not but I would like to stop using it and guessed here is a good place to start. I consume it probably 5-7 times a week, sometimes twice a day depending on my feelings that day; it fluctuates, but I can go without P or M without too much difficulty when I put my mind to it. Just wondered if anyone had any pointers? Since I am 16 I am unsure how much of it is down to puberty and such... just confused. Thanks
