    Not sure how I got here but I have, if you are struggling just don't give in as it isn't worth it. At some point if you are serious about stopping then you have to apply the brakes. Why not make that today?

    Effects come and go in my experience. All in all it is my favorite beneficial event, in my life. I do not believe I can ever fall back deeply into the throws of daily PMO. It frightens me to think I can miserably let go and just binge again. Been reading here today where perhaps its an "allergy" to some of us. I would agree with that analogy. I've been at this over 2 years and it still consumes my mind. The benefits of not fapping are now surpassing the urge to fap. But, I felt the benefits of not fapping early on too. But I kept going back to porn anyway. It appears that my struggle will go on indefinitely. Ok, I accept it then. Worth the fight.One day at a time til further notice. You all help me in some way.
