Hi there! I have heard about NoFap since about the beginning of the 2019 and up until now I really didn't take it seriously. The longest I'd usually get to was 7 days and then I would just go back to all out binging on porn again. So yesterday I decided to sign up on this Forum and take this journey more serious. The last time that I fapped was about a week ago. Next year I'm going to graduate from school and go to university so I figure this is probably the best time to go for a change. Right now I'm a shy, socially inactive guy, who plays Video Games especially League of Legends. Over the past few years there have been a few attempts at "self improvement" and so on, but nothing really worked. I grew increasingly sick of meaningless days just passing by, having low energy, bad mood and no motivation at all. Throw in some parties and procrastinating on homework and learning for exams and there I am realizing that this can't go on like this. I am sick of it all and I want a better life. I want to feel alive again and wake up every morning with excitement. So today I uninstalled all my Video Games and deleted my YouTube account, because they are toxic habits for me just like porn and masturbation. I'm going to fill my time with reading, working out, cooking and studying. To a better life! Have a good day fellow fapstronaut!

  3. Welcome!
It is the best time! Good decision.
True, it's all one bunch of behaviors which is holding you back from releasing your whole potential and living to the fullest. Go for it! Make it a priority but not a problem. Expect set-backs.
    Viel Erfolg!

  4. Great way of thinking! Best of the luck!
Let us know how you've been getting on with filling your free time with all those from above. I've always wanted to trade YouTube for reading, or scrolling through social media for working out.

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.
