Just keep on going. Things do get better. I'm experiencing all described symptoms right now, but I know things usually start getting better past 150 days mark. Maybe this video can be of some help (I like to listen advices of addicts who made it free and this guy was addicted to sex, alcohol and drugs for more than 30 years. If he made it, so can we):

3 keys that WILL unlock your inner power so you can achieve anything:

    1. Learn to listen to your instincts (gut and your heart) -> change is uncomfortable/painful so your brain will always try to talk you out of anything that is going to be uncomfortable

    - don't enter any negotiations with your brain (with every thought and action comes the consequence, + or -)
    2. Exercise self-discipline -> learning to recognize that self-discipline is a muscle that needs exercising

    - self-discipline is about doing something that is going to make you feel uncomfortable, but will have positive consequences
    3. Self-belief -> It's about recognizing you are enough and you are worthy (increase self-belief, self-worth-> also by helping other people)

    - you must stop with emotions of guilt, self-hatred, regret. Do your best -> that's all you can give in any given situation. Taking small steps in right direction to see self-belief growth
    - Never, ever give up. Realize it is never too late for change. if you fall down seven times stand up eight. Never stay down! You're not powerless, you're powerful.

Porn abuse is not enjoying porn, porn abuse is using porn and masturbation to get high and stay there for long periods of time.
Healthy people have normal response, where after some time watching porn or masturbating they loose interest and move on, ether because of orgasm or because drop in dopamine.
Addictions to pornography develop when person does not move on and gets stuck seeking more and extends the session indefinitely, this is what actually causes damage with porn abuse.

The reason healthy individuals can stop has to do with their normal state of being, they naturally have good mood and high self esteem and sex or masturbation or porn simply give a boost to their already stable mood.
Unhealthy individuals do not have stable mood and also have low self esteem, which is a result of mild depression, and unconsciously they know if they stop they are going to feel worse, so they keep going as long as possible.
Since this is a self developing cycle, the very abuse of porn or drugs facilitates depression and person finds himself in endless cycle.

It is important to understand though, that at the very beginning abuse most often starts with depression and low self esteem, and is used as a way to feel better, and later becomes an addiction because of heavy use.
So first we have depression and person learns how to deal with it, by using porn then you have abuse. Same as when you have headache and you discover medication that treats it, previously you coped with the headache and now you immediately reach for the drug - headache facilitates your behavior.

Contrary to popular belief - when you stop using porn you do not become healthy individual, you just remove negative effects of porn and allow your brain to stabilize at its target dopamine levels.
However if your health is not optimal, you will inevitably have ongoing mild depression and that will nudge you to manage it and you already know what to do, so you crave it.
Second mechanism is that can be at play is conditioning, if you linked your sexuality to porn abuse, feeling arousal may trigger desire to watch porn instead of having sex.

Conditioning is fixed by changing your response to arousal, instead of resisting it. When you feel aroused, you should seek ways to naturally have sex, or safely masturbate - no edging, no porn just get to orgasm.
Mild depression is harder to deal with, there are supplements you can begin using initially to help you but eating good food, exercise and interaction with people will stabilize mood.

Craving for porn will never go away, same way you can not unlearn that when you have a headache there is medication you can take, however by fixing mood and your conditioning you may not feel significantly tempted.

My point here is that depression is likely the cause of craving and may not be result of withdrawal.

That will happen to some people. But, it really is useful. Think about it... if you never were addicted to fap, then you wouldn't have the symptoms.

I suggest learning how to cultervate your sexual energy (chi) instead of just suppressing it completely I think it’s called mantak chia or qi gong. There’s a bunch of exercises for it.

Once you get to higher day counts, don’t relapse! It’s not worth it! I made it to 210 days or so, I relapsed and binged for a couple days. Since then I have felt TERRIBLE! No energy and night sweats, terrible headache, not sleeping well, no motivation and very easily angered and stressed. I laid in bed most the night last night freezing but sweating also, that happened early on to me as well some.
