hello brothers, I'm here for another 10 day update (which is actually 11 days because yesterday I didn't have time to post)

Well the improvements keep coming gradually (maybe because my brain is finding its new balance)

When I can sleep for 8 hours straight I wake up with an erection in the morning, sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night I also have an erection or semi

Often just seeing a woman I find hot or attractive makes my breathing heavy/heart racing (I believe these are signs of the return of libido)
