    I haven't watched p... in a 18 days...
And havent seen anyone to have s.. in 30 days, yeij!! I think everything that keeps you away from it its good... hobbies... people... outside... music..

But I still do think i need therapy... I dont feel like im in control... is there anyone who feels the same?

    Thanks for answering.

  2. I would avoid the use of the word "normal". Obesity is "normal" in the USA, but is it healthy? Keep on your path, and you are not alone. The best therapy for me has been success in some endeavours, and human connection over such. :)

I also used to feel like I wasn't in control when I would relapse and lie to my partner. I've been more committed than ever since I started again 2 days ago and I'm slowly starting to feel control coming back. Although I might lose this feeling again later since I always find the first days of rebooting the easiest. I think therapy is a great idea. I definitely want to get some too one day.

Thank you :) I do think that how you react effects you and everybody else around you... but easier to be said than to be done..

    I find therapy very useful.

I am in a 12 step fellowship (SLAA) but also have weekly psychotherapy sessions. I recommend both.

I have tried to get myself to therapy but thats hard because its hard for me to be with people especially now and i have social fears. I also were talking with psycology (about 2 months) but it didint work out... I think the main issue is because i cant talk about this..

We havent got yet here a group for women but its going to start in next month.. Hope it works....

@wings111 I think that SLAA Anorexia groups would be very good for you. (Sexual, Social and Emotional Anorexia - not food). If you are fearful of social situations then social anorexia probably is a large component of this. Just a thought
