18 year newbie

Hey guys I am Psycho and I am 18 years old. Its the third day of my NoFap journey. I started watching porn at my early 14. I had no idea whether it was good or bad. I just got addicted to. Slowly it became my daily activity. I used to masturbate everyday. I din't find anything bad happened to my health but neither nothing good happened. My mental health was bad depressed all the time so lazy even my health was good. My perception on girls is not that good. This thing doen't allows me to talk to a girl properly. I get bored over normal things. Either exited or depressed pron was the only option to come out of it. Hence I started my nofap journey with hope of getting well. Since its my third day it felt very bored for the past two days but started doing some stuffs that makes me productive and keeps me busy so that i can't watch porn. I resumed my online programming classes, today I cleaned my room. Still while going to sleep i am getting thoughts of porn so I just work till I get tired enough to sleep. I'm going for yoga classes. I stopped my social media since I was I addicted to that to. Now even I feel bored but it's okay because now I don't see my phone for notifications all the time. I hope everything goes well and I will not relapse.That's it. From today my journey starts with the NoFap community
