18 year old addiction

    Hi everyone im 17 year old im cureently im doing puc ,I started watching porn at the Age of 12 or 13 something , watching porn is become an addiction to me and because of getting attractive from porn and started doing mastrubution and nowadays i become very weak and not getting interest in studies ,or any work ,fitness and main importantly my life Goal
    Because of this reason and felling guilty in life i decided stop porn and mastrubution.

    I want to get out of this addiction,I'm planning my first goal to be kept is 21 days and I start improving ,I will increase
