18 year old nofap for almost a year!!

Hey man, another 18year old here giving you a big pat on the back for your achievement. It's amazing what you have achieved. I myself have been struggling a lot with PMO. Hearing about this makes me want to achieve the same. Right now I can go 20 days , after which it's just too hard. Any suggestions for me?

As for the solution to your "problem", the only healthy way is to find a girlfriend.

 

Wow that's amazing, for me 42 days is a lot, and I relapsed on day 42 yesterday, and I'm back to day 1.

 

Consider taking a supplement/multivitamin and exercise at least for 1 hour a day. It helps to a certain extent.

Wet dreams are extremely common and nothing to be concerned about at all, especially in your case since your abstaining. They should subside after awhile into the reboot process. I guess avoiding them would include watching your diet, making sure you empty your bladder/bowels before bed, and meditate a lot. Avoiding aphrodisiacs may also help to a certain extent.

 

Hey, dacbroseph congrats man on making it a year. Like a lot of others here I wish I had the brains to recognize that porn was bad when I was 18 and that I had the ability to quit back then. I'm now 30 trying to get on the right track. Good luck man, thanks for sharing your story-Casey
