18 year old struggling to get hard because of leaky penis :/

Please I need help from anyone. I've been a masturbation addict for at least 6 years. Whenever I'm with a girl my penis begins to leak pre cum profusely to the point of not bring able to maintain an erection. I should note that over these six years I have been using my PC muscles to obtain orgasm. Is this over use of my PC muscles the cause of my leaky penis? Do I just need to refrain from masturbation all together and wait until my penis is functioning normally again ? If so, how long should I wait, please I need help and it's extremely embarrassing to ask anyone else
