18 years old Newbie

Hii everyone MY name is NEERAJ KUMAR PAL. I am 18 years old and currently doing graduation.
I was 14 years old when I started watching porn by mistake. At that time I was not so aware for its future. That time I was porn addicted but after two years I started masterbating. I feel very bad after every masterbation and decide not to do again, but could not success. After 3 to 4 days again I watch porn and masterbate.
I also do not share my this addiction to anyone.

I knew about this website from social media.
I want to get out of this addiction. I am planning mt first goal of direct 90 days.
