180 DAY CHALLENGE: EXTREME MODE

  3. 8 days was a good streak man what happened? Assess your situation, because the longer the streak the easier it is too control at least in the beginning. Was it the porn subs? Or the boredom? Don't keep yourself free, always try to be with someone rather than being alone, tire yourself, don't watch anything which might tempt you even in the slightest, don't edge. The most important thing of all is to not binge after a relapse. For the first 3 days at least never be alone and after that you will gain a little control. Try to meditate. Reach out to God for help. Pmo affects your whole life both physically and mentally. Remember that a little pleasure is just not worth your life.

    Day 9 done

    Everytime I get an urge I come to this site read a few success stories and see why I'm doing this. If that doesn't work out II'll go for a walk no matter how long I'm out just until the urges go away and that's been work like a charm up to so far. And I'd also suggest you set small goals for yourself towards the big 180. And take it one day at a time.

    You don't have to if you don't want to,but you've got to understand that you're doing a whole diffe rent challenge than the 90 day reboot in this instance.

    You had your current streak before taking this challenge on so you can leave yours running and still keep another one on the side for this challenge. Cause I'm doing just that also I have my current streak and the one do this 180 days challenge on the side.

    It's been 15 days and I've been going through the days easier now although the flat line has been here for about a week. Man can't wait to see this through.

    day 7. i am tired but i feel very well without pmo. i have a clearer mind but i want to have a greater connection to the others, trying to be sympathetic. i want to listen to my emotions which reveal the deepest parts of me

    17 days later I'm still going strong.

    @Benji.47 what was the caused the relapse my brother?
    Get to the root of the problem so you can be able to tackle it,sometimes it's not the triggers but our emotional state which causes us to relapse. So I suggest you look at both sides and see where the problem is at.
