Day 18. There were triggers today but i was aware of them and sucessfully ward them off.
yo! whats up buddy ? how is the reboot going ( apart from the recent relapse ) ?
if you dont mind me asking, what is your method of overcoming strong urges ? i personally gorge on lots of delicious food( especially yogurt and meat ). it helps me by probably providing the dopamine fix.

Hello friend, indeed i gave in to desire and went to see some pmo but now i am back stronger i think. For me to overcome urges I am trying to listen to hymn of the church that keeps the mind out of "bad thoughts" and also I am eating pretty much all i desire at least for the first 7 days. It really helps take the energy of, I am also reading in my free time and maybe I will be doing meditation in the future.
