Day 1/180 it's tough from last time i guess . Once was out from this pmo thing and then had a gf which made me sex addict . And when we are having a long distance i am feeling the same way as before . But i am not sure that premature ejaculation is a part of it or not . So I have decided to go for 3 months NoFap and no porn . Hope it clears some air and sort things out for me .
