was almost done with day 4..I just relapsed. I have an exam tomorrow. I feel so dumb.
Checking in today was my 12th day without any masturbation nor porn this challenge really does help!
That's basically what I'm doing. Just make it to 180 days then decide whether NoFap is worth it. I'll probably base my decision on what my quality of life is at that point and also physical differences like muscle tone, erection quality. My main goal is to get a girlfriend and never fap or watch porn again though but if getting a girlfriend isn't working for me then I will probably go back to PMO.
I'm not going to count that as a relapse as I mainly see watching porn movies or fapping as a relapse but I will reset your days. This challenge is to help people quit Porn and masturbation, not to see how many can fail so don't worry. Just no fapping and no porn movies and you're good to go.
no but I will reset your days for looking at nude pics. If you come across them accidently and move on then no reset is needed but if you look at more pics then it's a reset. If you go to a porn website and watch a video then it's a relapse, same with masturbation.
Still got another chance, try again! Just think what else you could of been doing instead of fapping. Could have been studying and increasing your knowledge for the exam which in result will give you a better grade. What has this fapping session given you? nothing except temporary pleasure and the chaser effect which is gonna be hard to avoid.

Very tough weekend. Weekends are always tough. I have too much free time and it's historically when I would hang out with a GF.
