Hi Peter! Nice of you to join! What day are you on? Do I get to cross the finish line at the same time as you?

ARE YOU HAVING A GOOD DAY WARRIORS???

In my country it is now 5.45 pm and half the day is done. For me there has been no urges today but I know they might still come.

I want to remind you of something:

At first they will ask you why you are doing it! Later they will ask you HOW you did it!

Also I want to tell you guys: If you are having a particularly bad day, feel free to send me a PM and I will try to get in touch with you. (I have over 900 psychology books under my belt as well as a whole lot of life experie, being a 41 year old male and all.)

Welcome bro, I've put you down as 63 days due to your counter, it counts as full days rather than the day you're working towards so if I've got this wrong let me know :) good luck buddy

True, the list would be too long if I don't delete the ones who haven't checked in. I'm writing the last date they checked in so we can decide what to do if someone doesn't check in for a while.

My counter is accurate and resets at 8 in the morning, Democratic People's Republic of Korea's time zone. My longest strike is about 13 years, didn't count properly back then:p And my second best is 81 days. This time I'm going for another 13 years ;)
 you should charge for your services :D
You can just write the month to make it quicker.

13 years :O that's mad! you want me to write that for your longest streak? reason I'm putting the date is because I update the tracker every week so I can see if they've checked in during the past week. If not then I can try contacting them, I'll just make a tag list on here and ask people to post their current streak and if they've relapsed.

I'm getting bad headaches, is that normal for quitting PMO?

Guys guys guys, it's awesome that you are invested and engaged but this is a challenge for the individual. It is not a comeption against each other. If you want to make a list of what day we are on then that's fine and it can be intersting to look at but no one is out just because they don't check in and state what day they are on.

There are a lot of posts and info is easy to miss. Not everyone is here every day so no one should be punished for not reporting. And, again, that is not even the main point. The list is not important, it is just a thing on the side that could be fun but far from necessary.

I stated the rules very clearly in my first post. When someone is out, they must write: "I'm out!"...that's it. There is no obligation to report or compete with each other.

This is a 180 day warrior challenge in which we all aim to go 180 days and at the same time support each other and write about what benefits we notice. This is also stated in my first post.

If you feel you must compete then you must create a challenge of your own because, again, this challenge is about support and trying ti win over our selves.

    I hope you understand!

The challenge will be open for everyone and there is no need to report days as long as the members take responsibility and write: "I'm out" if the second relapse happens. Period.

Some have reported headaches as a symptom of withdrawals so it might be...but then again headaches can be caused by hundreds of things so...hard to know. Hang in there and feel better soon though!

It's killing me, headache pills ain't doing nothing for it and just came SOOO close to a relapse but manage to pull myself back from the edge, had a tab open ready to search and everything and to your other post I'll just leave the list then and stay active on here until my 180 days are done, hopefully I can stay in it.

Oh you can do it...stay strong now brother! Go for a walk and turn of the computer if you feel there is a danger of relapse. Stand your ground. Remember why you want this....

I think I can manage now, I feel a bit stronger for being able to stop myself. On previous streaks I would have just relapsed at that point. This thread is giving me more motivation to quit, I just need to realize that I will be stronger at the end of it and hopefully have an improved sex life porn free.

@Human Lab-Rat ... I think you should maybe edit the main post on this thread everytime someone gets 180 days then we can see how many users have accomplished it. This could be beneficial to new participants if they can see how many have completed the challenge. :)

That is a good idea. I will do that. And I hope there will be a long list of people who made it :)

In about three hours my first day of challange will be complete. I hope you are taking care of yourself guys. I've already seen that a few new people also joined this challange. Don't give up, I will do the same.
    @djmotion
I have not had headaches when I was rebooting before but like @Human Lab-Rat said, a short walk could be useful.

Today I actually was watching movies from the list which I created a few days ago (counts 50 titles) so I wasn't outside but I'll probably go out this evening to a short walk when will be a little darker and little quieter. The participants list is good idea very useful, especially for me - I like healthy competition and motivation. Of course it is not necessary but helpful.

If a short walk or run doesn't work maybe try reading a book with a good story in it.

Also what I think about is, try becoming 1% better each and every day.
In a day you will never feel burdened by 1% more, but do this consistently and you become stronger and more able than ever before.
The small steps matter. Each effort of each day matters
    Become the best possible you!
