180 Days Into NoFap. 0 Wet dreams. Any sign of a problem?

I've not ejaculated for the past 180 days
Its been too long.
I remember getting a wet dream after a month in my last streak
Is this due to working out that my testosterone is being used for muscle production than sperm production or something?
Or is this a sign of a disease or something ? (prostate cancer, I'm lookin at you)

I feel numb most of the times and worried about stuff.
Like my parents shifted me to this new city and everything's new here.
I cannot get the benefits of nofap here idk why.

In my old city nofap was like a chick magnet
my friend's crush, talked to me more than him
and here girls think im the weird guy
Its affecting me mentally
I haven't got suicidal as I go to the gym to kill my emotions
But yeah 0 ejaculations and that's gotten me worried.
I'm thinking to go for a blood test and see if im missing any nutrients.

 

We cannot just assume its normal. I think imma get a health checkup about my nutrients and stuff
