  2. hello my friend you are very open to change you will enjoy reading Quran, but its heavy i cried heavily the first time i’ve read one year ago, despite being in a muslim family, and i and kept reading for a whole month the whole day slowly trying to gapse it, this is because Allah is to help his prohets by big miracles to make people believe in them, but it never worked before, so now he decided the miracle to be something continus, if 1400 people had a moracle from Muhammed and he was the last Prophet its natural we will ask for a miracle too, so the Quran was Prophet Muhammed miracle it connects to everyones soul, and haha no thats not the first verse my friend, before reading Quran we say اعود بالله الله من الشيطان الرجيم this means “ I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Devil” then we say باسم الله الرحمان الرحيم "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful", so Allah keep shaytan/devil away from messing with our thoughts we read, and we read in the name of Allah so he blesses our reading. The first verse of the first Surat/chapter “Fatiha” which translates to the “Opener” has باسم الله الرحمان الرحيم as verse number 1 but we say it those two lines i mentioned before we read، have a good read. I will write my 16 rules soon i just want to them to be manageable and can represent who i am and what i want to be inshallah :)

  4. The Bible speas of God saying Let US make man in OUR image". (Gen 1:26) this is the plural of the Trinity Father, Son (Jesus) and Spirit. If Jesus was just a prophet the Bible staments would make him out to be a liar, that wouldn't make a very good prophet. The Triune God existed always as 3 in 1 being.Jesus came through the Spirit to the Virgin Mary and was Fully God and fully man. His sacrafice gives us life in grace not through deeds but service to Him is important, just not the way Christians are sanctified.
    Hope this helps but I know there are many differing ideas but only one truth...

  9. I have chosen Semen Retention as an important part of my daily life to benefit from the breaking of my masturbation habit.
    I admit that masturbation is not good for me and may lead me into porn and can cause things like ED and PE which I do not want to have as issues in my life.

    What happened? I fapped, but held my fences. What circumstances led to it ? Could have put off spending money on my car, but I didn't and i can't really afford to pay for it bc my CC is a little over a third of it's limit. I also was really tired, and have been sleeping badly. How did you feel before and after? I felt tired and taken advantage of before. After I felt fine but understood I had taken a step back in my recovery. How are you going to prevent it from happening again? By continuing with the nofap lifestyle. What lesson have you learned and what plan have you made? I have learned that I need to pay more attention before agreeing to get work done on my car. I need to try to get more sleep. I need to avoid being tired by doing something.....

    tbh I think this challenge is more about retention, less about explaining when we slip up...I generally do that type of thing in my journal if I feel it is needed...i'm sure most of us are here because we have taken steps in our pmo addiction...this type of reporting is for those that need a reboot imo

    Of course it's ok ,but still keep the track of their effect on your mind and emotional state(and if there is caffeine between its ingredients better do not take them in the second part of the day.

    5)Guard your eyes from nudity and indecent views-done, although when shopping for fitness equipment on ebay it's hard not to notice tremendous amounts of women butts used for advertising different kinds of merchandise especially resistance bands apparently advertisers believe that inducing the state of lustful fantasies in customers makes them less discerning and therefore better buyers.

    8)Engage in physical activities-done pull ups,walks and litter picking of the street rule16( colleted about 30-40 pounds of litter so that the big waste bag(90 liters)started getting ripped from this weight at the top where I held it and carrying it for 300 yards to the waste pit was quite a good exercise.
    9)Eat moderately and healthy- kept it reasonable today ,dinner was definitely twice smaller than yesterday( i did have a desire to carry on but stopped in time and left some of the dinner for tomorrow )
