  1. No, never any caffeine I strictly keep away from pop and stuff and only drink herbal teas.
    The other things I take were recommended by my localhealth food store. Herb & amino acid based supplements. They advised me to take a morning compound of Zinc and Folic Acid for semen quantity, Maca and Ashwagandha herb for sperm health and motility and Fenugreek extract to help control testosterone levels, then one Semanax in the evenings. They said to take lots of fluids during the day so i do that too like 8 glasses of water, tea and vegetable juice and some Psyllium too. It was a little bit expensive cause I told them I wanted enough for half a year but they gave me a discount cause I got it all. Do you think all these are OK cause I don't want to mess anything up with my efforts. I don't smoke or vape, eat moderately and healthy, lots of natural foods and get lots of rest and exercise. Is there anything else I can do to help?

    I'm not worried about my life circumstances, nor am I trying to complain about them... I am worried about other's....so thinking about those who suffered in historical times doesn't help much because it just makes me that much more aware of those that are suffering now....and those that are suffering now are suffering because of the greedy people like us who have computers at their fingertips.

    I just noticed another benefit(from no PMO) now-It's the ability to express myself when word are coming quite easily to help me in expressing the thoughts and feeling i have inside of me !

    So, in what way do you want to help those who are suffering now and what does it have to do with us having computers. Having computer in our days is an utter necessity, not greediness. It has become, due to internet, an international communication, education and truth sharing tool, well not everyone does that-some prefer to benefit from lying and fabricating the facts and words,whilst others who have bought into their lies ,out of their ignorance do spread them too. So be beware of them both.

    And that's the wrong attitude you have when worrying, by doing this you won't help anybody but will harm yourself for sure,so you better stop doing that before you got yourself into troubles. Others are in their life circumstances because those circumstances are the best for their development and state of consciousness and it's our Father's will for them and if you can do something to help then please do and if you can't , then do mind your own life, cos I'm pretty sure you've got plenty of your own problems to 'worry' about- Just do and sort your own life with it's problems and that will be the best help for those who are suffering.

    You are doing Great, I wish everyone would take care of their health the way you do !
    As for me I do use vitamins ,minerals, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, echinacea as food supplements not sure though if it's the effect of herbs+ or placebo(in the way that I expect results described in the info about them) ! ;)
     
  8. Yeah, I'm not sure if all this helps me but I am interested to see if it does or other things might help. My specialist that set me up with my supplements did mention ginseng and ginseng cream as something I should consider adding the last time I was there but Ill have to ask him about adding that and how it is used.
    I'll also ask about the ginkgo biloba and echinacea you are taking as I am surprised that he didn't even bring those up as he was really very smart and asked me a lot of questions (some embarrassing) before we got down to the business of what he thought would benefit me and help me reach my goals. He asked about what i was trying to attain before he even suggested the first supplement. it was difficult telling him what I was doing this for at first, but he made it easy to discuss without any judgmental attitude and seemed firmly interested in helping reach my goals. I hope you know that I am determined to try my best to explore anything which will help me attain freedom from masturbation and develop a path towards real purity while assuring my normal sexual development and health is fully supported.
    Thanks again for the efforts you put in here and I was wondering if I wrote something to encourage the others in your 180 day challenge if I could send a copy to you to review to see if it is something that could be posted to encourage them to try hard and stay in the group for the full 180 days. OK?
