A bit like a gang of 7-you've beaten one of them and now the other 6 come to have a revenge on you.Felt Pride and Wrath through the day too-I don't have low self -esteem and when someone was about to cross my path I didn't let them and felt anger in my soul, some sort of readiness to smash them if something would play out differently.I didn't do much physically but in my mind and heart I'm guilty of

    Staying with his guru also meant learning to deal with the mosquitoes. Once when he was listening to a discourse from his guru, a rude little mosquito began to disturb Mukunda. Man may be compelled to exterminate harmful creatures. But he is not under any compulsion to feel anger or animosity towards them.”
    (looks like the motive was they were s******s,trying to step on my rights...some sort of phenomena where whatever i meet outside getting multiplied in me and goes out...same for politeness and kindness same for arrogance and aggression)

    Report of the day 0( had wet dream at 4:30 am and my mind was quite shaky through the day with 'morning woods' pursuing me trough the first half of the day. Had 2 long cold showers. Can tell for sure that WD weakens control over your eyes direction in two ways:
    * Somehow you feel dirty when this thing happens and don't want to look into other people eyes,and 2nd
    * Your eyes tend to stick on the women forms when walking down the street more frequently, with more conscious effort required to make yourself looking into other direction.

    Relapsed to PMO today.Sorry lads.:emoji_cry::emoji_disappointed::emoji_thumbsdown:Day 0.
    Circumstances are as follows: first had a wet dream, after had very long morning wood and mind was going and coming to the genitals, later started enjoying experiencing of arousal...ended up with watching porn and masturbating-ejaculating.
    What I learned:Never underestimate Lust as an enemy for our ability to handle fire are very limited by exposing yourself to triggers we are surely to fall and burn, as did I..and staying in the sexually aroused state with morning wood is the trigger if we don't extinguish it soon we will start enjoyng it and it will take hold of you.
    What I gonna implement to prevent it happening in the future- I will never let my guard down by relaxing and underestimating Lust's powerful triggers and I stop being lazy when it comes to do something to extinguish trigger or preventing it altogether.
    There is something stupid in us which welcomes risk an you think I do that and maybe I will be alright but when it comes to Lust you are most likely to get shot and poisoned by Lusts fire and fall- don't think this way.:emoji_disappointed_relieved:
